Second Floor The first floor plan shows the large central lobby, though which all activity passed. On either side were offices, faculty apartments, student studies and dormitory rooms. In the first year the college decided that each student would have a private room as a study and that they would share rooms for sleeping. On the left wing were offices and the YMCA library. Faculty apartments were located on all three floors of the extension of the left wing. Faculty with children lived in nearby cottages. On the right wing were student studies and dormitory rooms.
