(13) Black Dwarf

Black Dwarf was used as a residence for faculty and married students. In
1948 the Frank Rice family, Nell Rice, and married students occupied the
cottage.
When the college moved to Lake Eden, the attic was remodeled to add three
rooms and two baths. Heating and insulation were installed.
2007: The building is used as a residence. Additions have been
made.
